Festival Vendor Applications
Thank you for offering to be a vendor for this year’s International Greek Food festival at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. This year’s festival will take place on May 18, 19, 20, 2012.
The kind of items that our Festival is looking to highlight in our Old World Market are cultural in nature. The following are examples of some things that would not fit into our market at the Greek Food Festival:
Food (This will already be provided)
Fake designer handbags such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Etc.
Movies, Appliances
For our vendor’s convenience, we have secured a discounted rate of $89 at a local hotel near the Festival grounds. The price also includes a free buffet breakfast every morning. The hotel is the Best Western Governors Suite, which is an all suite hotel located at 1501 Merrill Drive Little Rock, Arkansas, 72211. You may visit their website at: www.bestlittlerockhotel.com. It is highly recommended that you make reservations by May 13
Below you will find the link to a International Greek Food Festival Commitment letter and Contract for download. These two documents need to be signed & completed, then sent to the Annunciation via e-mail, fax, or U.S. Mail. The forms must be received by the church no later than April 13.
