Made and bottled right here in the Annunciation kitchen by our very own Pete Vratsinas and his crew. We use only the finest ingredients and spices. Pete's Famous Salad Dressing can also be used to marinade chicken, and other meat, or used to dress grilled fish or vegetables. Every bottle is sealed with our love. Enjoy!

"Food of our People" Cookbook

This cookbook was put together by members of the Annunciation Parish. It is filled with family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Many of the traditional foods prepared for the festival can be found in the cookbook.
